FAQ Questions people ask
Before you sign up.
Who needs a seat?
Seats are the people on your company account, admins and crew alike. Start with at least 5.
Does my crew pay for the app?
No. The app is a free download on iPhone and Android and also runs in a browser. Your administrator invites people from the Portal.
How does billing work?
Checkout runs through Stripe. Billing admins manage the payment method and invoices from the Portal. Prices are before tax.
I have a partner or promo code.
Enter it when you create your account and the offer is applied at checkout. If a partner sent you a link, the code comes with it.
How long does setup take?
Most teams invite people, create a job and assign a first form on day one, then add planners and training as the crew gets comfortable. See the setup checklist →
Does it work without signal?
Tap in and out and planner tasks keep working offline, and Ranes syncs when the connection comes back.
More than 500 people, or need invoicing?
